We offer a "Multi-Atmosphere Furnace" that allows for flexible design of dew point and oxygen partial pressure. This product addresses challenges such as unstable humidity, slow switching leading to lack of reproducibility, fears of condensation, backflow, contamination, and corrosion, as well as low parallel freedom and time-consuming condition setting in tube furnaces.
